Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled shipment.
Within 24 hours of the shipment, cancellations will be charged 20% of the scheduled cost. No returns for opened merchandise or products.
Unopened hair and wigs can be returned and refunded once received in unused condition. If there is any wear, there will not be any refund issued.

For all orders, you must make a minimum purchase of $1,000 on Cashmere Lux products. This does not include your shipping cost and (shipping cost depends on the total amount of your order.) There’s also a processing fee (deposit) of $500 that is NON-REFUNDABLE.
All orders can be placed through email at Support@cashmereluxhairsalon.com. We will send you an invoice to your email. You are given the choice to pay through PayPal (a bank account, credit, or debit card) or in-store (cash only).
Before your order is placed you must pay your entire bill. Cashmere Lux does not accept partial payments and will not place any order if your bill is not paid. Please note prices are subject to change at any given time.
Please place orders at least two (2) weeks in advance. Order usually take up to 3-5 business days before it comes in. Due to US Customs, shipping companies, or natural disasters that estimated day may change. Orders can be stopped and searched for an indefinite period. Please make sure and check your order before you place it. Once your order is placed we will not be able to change it. Cashmere Lux will not be responsible or held liable to correct your order.
